The American Resort Developement Group (ARDA) has predicted a busy summer season based on their estimate of more families making plans on travel this summer. This was picked up by the World Property Channel and posted here.
Also, TripAdvisor – the world’s largest travel site – conducted a survey finding that we can expect a four percent increase in travel over 2011.
An American Express Company Survey is predicting a 51 percent increase in vacations this summer over last summer.
So with everyone so aware of their own budget folks are thinking about how they can save money on their vacation. The first step is lodging. And, as always, your best bet is rent or own a discounted timeshare by buying it on the resale market. You do not have to own a timeshare to rent one, nor do you have to attend the infamous 90 minute presentation to get in on these great deals.
