Are You Sitting on a Pile of Timeshare Cash?

You just might be sitting on a pile of timeshare cash if you own a timeshare that you’d need to sell. It may not be a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, but, if you have a timeshare you are not using or can’t exchange it like you want you may as well sell it. If you own your own home you have equity in it – right?

Which Would You Rather Have? This or a Timeshare Deed?

Which Would You Rather Have? This or a Timeshare Deed?

Here’s the catch: you have to find the right place to advertise it and get it closed for the amount of cash that would get the job done for you. And at the end of the day (I hate that cliche) you’d probably rather be holding a closing check from the title company instead of a deed for a timeshare you do not use.

So where is the right place to advertise your timeshare for sale? Local newspapers, Craigs List, EBay, the supermarket bulletin board? Probably not. You’d get tire kickers, late night callers, and crazy low price offers. Plus who would close the deal once you get a buyer?

Stop the madness, end your maintenance fees, special assessments, frustration with exchange companies that don’t deliver as promised and sell it. Get the help of an experienced timeshare resales specialist who hit the buyers where they look. The experts at www.RPMLS.com do all that and more. They offer targeted advertising, worldwide exposure, and have the resources to get the deal done for you. Call them for a no obligation consult and stop just sitting on a timeshare deed you will never use again! 1.800.247.4392.

Craigslist and the others like it do not offer wide choices to buyers. I went to the http://www.RPMLS.com site and found helpful information, thousands of resorts to choose from and Google maps that direct me to the resort.

Yes, you might as well advertise that timeshare for sale if your not using it. The best way to approach pricing your unit is to consider the value of your timeshare is in it’s use. So, if you owned for several years and used it or exchanged each year you have realized your investment.
