Silverleaf Piney Shores, Silverleaf’s Holly Lake Ranch, Silverleaf’s Hill Country Resort, Silverleaf’s Seaside Resort, Silverleaf’s President’s Villas at Hill Country Resort, and Silverleaf’s The Villages are all found in the Lone Star State. As host to six Silverleaf timeshare resorts, Texas has had much to do with setting the theme and flavor of these Silverleaf Resorts.
While these timeshare resorts may be located in the not as well known towns of Conroe, Big Sandy, Canyon Lake, Galveston, and Flint, they are all near large urban areas like Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.
The top three Silverleaf timeshare resorts in time share resales are also found in Texas. The best sellers from the Silverleaf family are Silverleaf’s Piney Shores, Silverleaf Hill Country Resort, Silverleaf’s The Villages, Silverleaf’s Holiday Hills, Silverleaf’s Ozark Mtn Resort, Silverleaf’s Holly Lake Ranch, Silverleaf’s Fox River Resort, Silverleaf Presidents Fairway, Silverleaf’s Lake O’ The Woods, and Orlando Breeze Resort Club.
In today’s timeshare sales environment Piney Shores, Hill Country, and The Villages dominate all new sales from Silverleaf. That’s also why they are the top three in resales. Simply because there are so many units that have been sold from these resorts.
From their website, Silverleaf states “Joining Silverleaf offers you easy and affordable getaways, close to home and throughout the year. From annual vacations to weekends to day trips, Silverleaf membership means more opportunities for fun, more time to connect, and more moments that matter.”
In that statement they describe all the top things that drives their sales: sell to people nearby, keep price affordable, emphasize weekend use and day trips. As I talk to Silverleaf owners they all talk about their motivation to buy based on proximity to where they live. “We bought because we wanted to use the lake and park facilities for weekends and day trips.” If i had a nickel for every time I heard that statement . . .
The downside of this is that day trips and weekend use of a timeshare resort never seems to work out for the owners like they thought it would. Buyers’ remorse and anger sets in and there you have a mad and bitter timeshare owner.
Don’t let that happen to you. Overcome the things that keep you from setting aside time for you and your family to use the property on weekends. If you can’t then sell your timeshare. You shouldn’t keep it around if it is causing so much anxiety for you and your loved ones. (Plus the cost!)
